What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work, the God factor and character! Character is not your reputation. Reputation is what other people think you are and most people pretend, but character is what you really are! Character is who you are in the dark. Character is who you are when nobody is watching. Character is who you are when you are not in church! Character is the real you, Monday to Saturday night! And God knows your character! Charisma may impress men, but it doesn't impress God.
